We were hanging the exhibition today. Bea is great fun, makes me laugh out loud. It was a nice day. Beautiful, sunny and cold and the gallery was flooded with light. This other photographer Martin was there helping by painting the windows. He’s having a show there next. On the outside of the gallery, ‘Memorial Art Gallery’ is carved high up into the masonry. It was a gallery in Victorian times and used to be a Victorian photographer’s studio.
We had fish and chips for lunch.
I am very excited about the show. It all looks good there and I like Bea’s input. She’s a great artist herself, so I respect her opinion.
